About the Event
Start the year with a weekend of Qi Gong. This retreat is offered to explore and experience Qi Gong in nature and to deepen into meditation.
The root of Qi Gong and Craniosacral bodywork both focus on cultivating harmonious balanced movements on all levels. We will learn to develop our ability to sense and nourish Qi and deepen into the expression of Qi. Witnessing our internal movements translates into harmony of our being with the environment.
Qi Gong is a way to improve and maintain health. It is a form of exercise and vital part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its roots go back thousands of years; and different practices have developed according to the needs of times.
